Now this.Īlso, when I go into my Nvidia control panel, I can see that my GPU is detecting it since it is offering me to set up digital audio, but it's not appearing in my video settings. This problem has happened to me before on my main monitor but resetting the power bar with the monitor plugged in did, in fact, solve the problem. This is the first time this happens since I've had the monitor which I bought more than a year ago. I immediately googled my problem which was sorta helpful but didn't fix my issue I made sure the cables were properly plugged in, I reset my surge protector/power bar (with and without the monitor plugged in), I tried the power cable from my other ultrawide and also tried a different HDMI cable and port but nothing seemed to work.

When I plugged everything back in and turned on my computer, my main screen, TV and new monitor turned on, but my second ultrawide did not turn on. So when came time to reposition my setup to accommodate the new addition (the portrait Samsung monitor), I had to unplug power and video cables from my 2 ultrawides, but not from the TV. So, let's start off with a brief description of my current setup: I have an LG 34UC79G monitor as my main monitor as secondary monitors, I have an LG 29UC88, an LG 4k TV (don't know the part number) and recently I got a basic Samsung monitor that I planned to put vertically (since it's like a trend, idk).
